PADI Business and Career Development Seminars
Join us in Goa, India from June 14-18, 2023
Dive industry sources predict that India will experience rapid growth in demand for recreational diving services including dive courses, travel, and equipment from 2023 onwards. Growth will be in both the domestic local diving scene and inbound travellers keen to experience new diving locations. As a result, demand for diving professionals and the services they offer is expected to grow.
To support PADI Members who wish to take advantage of these opportunities, PADI is offering three seminars from June 14-18, 2023, in Goa. During these seminars PADI staff will share their knowledge and expertise in the areas of professional certification marketing, business development, career pathways and dive industry success.
As a PADI Member you may choose to attend one or all the three seminars on offer over the five days.
Day 1 – Instructor Development Business and Marketing
This session will be primarily for the Instructor Development community, PADI 5 Star IDCs and Course Directors. The content will focus on business growth, marketing professional level courses and proven strategies of successful dive businesses. Members planning to upgrade their membership to these levels are welcome to attend if space permits.
Days 2 to 4 – Career Development
This event is for individual members who wish to further their careers in the dive industry, learn what it takes to be a successful diving professional, map out a career pathway and prepare for the Course Director Training Course and becoming a PADI Course Director, a worthwhile goal for any diving professional.
Day 5 – Emergency First Response and Emergency Oxygen Instructor and Instructor Trainer Courses
This event provides the opportunity to become an Emergency First Response Instructor Trainer and PADI Emergency Oxygen Provide Instructor and Instructor Trainer. Being able to teach first aid skills and qualifications will make your business more attractive and increase the likelihood that those wishing to become PADI professionals will choose you.
