PADI PRO+ builds on the Elite Instructor Award program by both rewarding Instructors with exclusive savings on PADI Professional Membership and recognizing top-performers as Elite Instructors – the highest level of Instructor achievement!

How It Works
- Teach PADI courses and certify students – just like you do today.
- Earn ProPoints as your certification activity builds. Each certification moves you closer to a rewards milestone.
- Save on your PADI Membership – points earned will be applied as a discount towards your 2027 PADI Membership.
Unlock ProPoints by issuing just five certifications. The rewards increase each time a new level is reached, with Instructors who reach 50 or more certifications in the qualifying time period also recognized with Elite Instructor Awards. Those who reach the highest certification milestone will have their membership renewal cost fully covered by PADI.

- 5 certifications → earn 5 points
- 10 certifications → earn 10 points
- 25 certifications → earn 25 points
Progress to Elite Instructor status to earn more and save more!
- 50 certifications → Elite 50 → earn 50 points
- 100 certifications → Elite 100 → earn 100 points
- 150 certifications → Elite 150 → earn 250 points
- 250 certifications → Elite 250 → earn 500 points
- 350 certifications → Elite 350 → earn 1000 points → full renewal cost covered!
Rewards will be applied as savings on PADI Membership automatic renewal rates for the following year, meaning that PADI Pros stand to save even more on the lowest renewal rate available.
You’re Already Earning Rewards!
The good news is that you’re likely already on your way to receiving your first rewards. Certifications issued between 1 September 2025 and 31 August 2026 will be counted towards rewards, which can be applied as savings against 2027 PADI Professional Membership. With certifications you’ve already taught in this period included, you may already be further ahead than you think! Track your progress through the Student Certification Report and Pro Credential Report on the PADI Pros’ Site, and reach out to your PADI Regional Team with any questions you may have.
