There are two new digital tools to help divers and PADI® Members during these disruptive and changing times. However, for these tools to stimulate the industry and drive demand, your help is needed to input crucial data about your business and your local dive industry.
PADI COVID-19 Dive Map

This interactive global map gives divers around the world a real-time view of where diving is available, and which dive shops are open for business. The COVID-19 Dive Map was developed to get divers back in the water as soon as possible, and to keep them engaged and learning when that’s not possible.
The crucial information that drives the COVID-19 Dive Map comes from PADI Members. For the COVID-19 Dive Map to work, PADI Dive Centers, Resorts and Members need to input data and then regularly update this information to keep divers informed.
What do you need to do? For starters, complete the online form, which should only take a few minutes. Even better, save this link to ensure you can regularly update information for your business and your local area. Remember to replace the last five digits with your store’s member number:

PADI Adventures App
The PADI Adventures™ app is designed to drive new and repeat business from occasional, lapsed or previously disconnected divers into their local PADI Dive Centers and Resorts as soon as diving is available. To prepare for a global consumer launch of the Adventures App, as many PADI Dive Centers and Resorts as possible need to be live and loaded to ensure this becomes a valuable tool for the global dive community.
By listing your courses, day trips or individual dives on the app, you can obtain bookings and business 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It’s easy to load your dive information through the PADI Travel® affiliate portal too – you control your calendar, inventory, pricing and bookings. k.
If you haven’t already, please visit the PADI Travel Affiliate program and sign up today. Once you’re logged in, select Adventures and walk through the intuitive form field to enter your information.
By closely monitoring government regulations globally, geo-location technology can activate different push notifications directly with divers to share accurate and relevant local dive opportunities as well as upcoming courses available within the PADI Adventures app.
